Troy P. Foster

Partner

With more than 20 years of legal experience and a fourth-generation Arizona native, Troy represents employees in disputes with their current or former employers.  He is exclusively an employment lawyer and that has been his entire practice. Before becoming a lawyer, Troy was in the trenches as a Human Resources professional so he understands what employees are dealing with on the other side of the table. Similarly, Troy has represented large companies in defending employment claims; he understands what they are thinking and is one step ahead. He also clerked for a Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and served as the Editor-in-Chief of his law review.

TFG takes pride in guiding our clients, step by step, to understand and exercise their rights at every juncture. Our attorneys are all exclusively employment law experts and handle civil rights-related matters and issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour laws, retaliation, whistleblower and qui tam claims, and wrongful termination on behalf of workers.

The firm also assists and counsel’s companies ranging from local startups to large corporations on matters such as business organization, communications and media, provider contract reviews, compliance reviews and professional malpractice. Our attorneys handles appeals, and have vast experience handling constitutional as well as state, local and municipal law matters.

As a former Chief Human Resources Officer, Troy understands firsthand the havoc that labor, administrative and business disputes can have on a company’s operation. Providing proactive advice, we work to help our clients prevent problems before they snowball out of control. When such issues cannot be avoided, however, our attorneys aid those we represent to achieve efficient and favorable resolutions, whether through alternative dispute resolution, negotiation, or litigation.

Whether you’re an employee or an employer our law office can help you navigate and achieve effective solutions to your legal issues.  TFG is here to help you put the pieces of the puzzle together in your employment dispute.

In his free time, Troy enjoys the most important and rewarding job of being a father of four.  The kids enjoy him too (most of the time).
