The Foster Group was honored to represent a former President of Sales & Marketing of a large international company. The company accused our client of breaching a noncompete agreement and refused to pay her the agreed severance package. They also wanted to prevent her from competing in the marketplace for an additional year.
We were able to prove that there was no competition and that the company was wrong in withholding the severance payments. In return, the judge awarded our client all monies due her, plus interest and reimbursement for her attorneys’ fees. In addition, she can go compete now if she wants.
This was a real “David and Goliath” situation. We were so proud to represent this client and take the victory!
