Haley Carr is an associate at The Foster Group, PLLC. She grew up in central Illinois and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at Millikin University. After finishing her Philosophy degree, Haley sought a career that would enable her to put her critical thinking skills to work solving real-life problems. Her love of the outdoors drew her to Arizona, where she earned her law degree at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
After law school, Haley briefly practiced in the area of ERISA and Employee Benefits. She enjoyed the challenge that complex ERISA issues presented, but she found herself drawn to the more practical nature of employment law. People are really at the heart of every employment law case, and Haley takes great pleasure in advocating for her clients in such an important and foundational crossroads of their lives.
